Hi, I’m Jon! I’m a software engineering lead with over 15 years of experience building software and helping teams do the same.
I started this blog as a place to share what I’m learning which is mostly around .NET, machine learning, and AI and it’s grown into something I genuinely enjoy keeping up with. If something clicks for me, I want to write about it and I’ll also usually create a video about it on my YouTube channel.
These days I’m thinking a lot about technical leadership and engineering management mostly how to build great teams, make good technical decisions for the team, and help other developers grow in their careers. Expect to see more of that here alongside the technical stuff.
When I’m not at a keyboard, I’m probably reading or spending time with my family.
